You know the owners, Marc and Luis Bernard, and believe in their organic and sustainable approach to growing crops and livestock. The eggs and honey are the best you’ve ever tasted, and you can’t decide if you love the Red Wattle bacon or pork jowl more. Chances are good that if you wanted to try a particular heirloom tomato or some other special variety, they’d grow it for you.
Just-picked produce along with other goods raised on the farm, such as eggs and honey, are available at our Farmstand. At various times throughout the year, pasture-raised chickens and heirloom pork, from chops and bacon to jowl and breakfast sausage, are also available.

Marc and Luis Bernard dreamed of owning a farm. Marc, an executive chef for Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants at the time, figured it would be a few years out. His spouse, Luis, was earning his master’s degree and wanted to start his career as a special education teacher first.
