This is an ideal list of what we grow and include in your CSA share.

As we work with Mother Nature, some crops are more successful than others, and your share will reflect our successes and challenges.

In the spring, you can expect a very green share – full of spring greens, scallions, and quick-growing root crops such as radish, hakurai turnip and kohlrabi. As we roll into summer, the shares begin to fill with everyone’s favorites, such as broccoli, tomatoes, sweet corn, beans and squashes. Fall shares are heavy with sweet potatoes, potatoes, delicata squash, and Brussels sprouts.

Our goal is to provide you with a share of quality vegetables, organically grown, that your family will enjoy and want to eat. We avoid bitter greens, excessive herbs (we grow basil, cilantro & dill), and hot peppers in your share. If you’d like herbs or hot peppers you may help yourself when you pickup your share as an added bonus at no charge.  In addition, if there’s something in this week’s share that your family doesn’t enjoy you may swap out and exchange it for something else.
